Is coaches' suggestion the same as keeping "all 5's"? Both sound like low risk, low reward moves.

The least risk is keeping it all 5's. Saying "coaches" means that i hit a button that says "ask the coaches" who will modify some of the sliders but not by much. They are both low risk, low reward.
