Hey everyone, I would like to officially announce the creation of a new sim league in the wake of the tragic death of TSSL.

The THIRD BASE SIM LEAGUE

Anyone with interest can sign up here. TSSL guys get first dibs on keeping their team from TSSL. The deadline to claim your TSSL team is 8:00 PM EST on Monday, December 15. After that, your team will be opened up to anyone. You can also arrange with another TSSL GM to swap teams if you would like.

Milwaukee and the Los Angeles Dodgers are open, because Prov contracted them, so they don't have a TSSL owner. First come, first serve on those.

The site will be up in a few days, and when mission creates the TBSL section on S3, then we can start everything. But we're gauging interest at this point. I've been working really hard on the rosters, and they're not done, but they're definitely progressing.

I will be handling the league file and uploads and sim, and LJ will be running the trade council as well. We'll both be involved in most league activities. This will work out especially well starting next school year, because we're going to be roommates probably. More on the division of labor later though.

I'll type up a GM list from TSSL here, and bold your name and team if you've claimed it. Also, I will allow you to claim your team, and if after the deadline, the owner of a team you'd rather have hasn't claimed their team, you can drop your current one and pick up a new one, but only once, and at first come, first serve.

ONE NOTE: Because LJ is a co-owner of this league, and he has told me he wants dibs on the Mets, I am going to create a special circumstance here. bwitty currently owns the Mets. (bwitty, if you'd like to keep the Mets, you should IM or PM me or LJ and we'll work it out). Bwitty gets claim rights to Baltimore

We are starting from scratch but right now you only have the rights to Detroit. If you want Cincinnati you can work that out with CJ. But right now it's Detroit if you want in. You can always claim Detroit and then switch with someone later

OK YOU GUYS. Listen. If you want a team other than your TSSL team, talk to the team's current owner. Right now, you have the rights to either an open team, or you TSSL team.
