-If you do not see a player signed that you made an offer to, then it is because the offer was too low and he wouldn't sign.

-Free agents will be first come, first served after the ST sim (we'll call it 11AM EDT). Offers sent before 11AM EDT will be ignored.

-I will update this post throughout the season so everyone can who has been signed.

-Also, if no one else offered to a player, then you got him cheaper than your offer. If someone else offered, then you got him for your max offer.
