Thanks to Cordero only having 1 save so far Street finally passed him and is the all-time saves leader with 591. He'll get 600 soon. As long as Fruto is still breathing, Street will stay my closer because I'll be damned if I let Fruto pass him (behind by 74 saves right now).

12-8 sim is definitely getting us on the right track. The pitching is finally getting to where it needs to be. Hitting still needs to pick it up

Batting AVG: .244 (24th) - yuck
Homeruns: 29 (19th) - needs to step up. Ricker should be hitting more
Walks: 138 (T-6th) - still excellent
Stolen Bases: 25 (18th)
Runs Scored: 152 (27th) - YUCK. this is the most important one, needs to get higher

Pitching ERA: 4.66 (13th) - much better
Opponents AVG: .256 (10th) - again, much better
HRs Allowed: 35 (T-15th)
Walks Allowed: 146 (T-26th)
Runs Allowed: 167 (8th) - phew, much better

Pooler going down for 6 weeks is going to hurt, and I'm not sure whether I'll DH soltys who's been sucking or dollar who's been on fire albeit in only a few at bats.

overall, the team is finally picking it up. hopefully they can continue to improve

Walker going down for 7 weeks hurt...perhaps a Tarzan sighting is in the works? Aguinaldo's been killing lefties but can't hit right handers to save his life.
