as I said when I traded for him...if he can't pitch well in St. Louis, then he can't pitch well anywhere. At least he's cheap signing an extension for $3 mil x 5 years. He won't hurt me. He's my number 4 now and he may end up being a number 5 some day lol.

Bill Winkie was injured in a bar-fight.
Diagnosis: Fractured Nose.
He is day-to-day, but full recovery will take 6 days.

I fell sorry for the other guy that was in the fight. He's 6-2, 220 and has a durable injury rating.

Edit: It was after the young M's got owned by Carlos Sanchez.

But in all reality, this season is a wash, so getting those guys a little big league time will make next season that much better, or so I hope. But now they moved up in the standings, maybe I should just play scrubs in order to tank and get a good pick.
