Wow. How does a pitcher on a 96 win team manage to get 21 losses?

(posted this here so as not to muck up the playoff thread.)

he took a talent hit due to an injury. he's got 3/2 control. He was terrible this season. His ERA was almost 7. Not hard to imagine getting that many losses with those stats. It's definitely amazing he got 96 wins with a 21 game loser in his rotation.
