No changes except promotions and demotions can be made at this time.

Then I will do a brief period where people can only offer to a max of 2 players on a first come, first served basis before it is a free for all...I don't want a few teams getting all the leftovers cheaply.

The brief period where you can only offer to 2 players will occur during the same time we do the ST sim. The free for all will occur after the ST Sim.
