Rebuilding is up to you. You just manage how you want to trade people. Like last season I had Miguel tejada and Todd Helton and I traded them to develop my minor league system. This season after the Free Agent draft I am going to try and make the playoffs. My team is still rather young with the exception of a few of my bullpen pitcherrs and Garret Anderson who will be gone after this year. My minor league system is in pretty good shape in most areas except if maybe Tex go down.
Ohh, ok. I am still unsure because I was studying a little bit about this league and seems like every year we draft players that has prompted me to ask a question like that.

I don't know if we will draft next year and from what Crazy said it will not be nearly as stacked with big spects as it was this year.

we will have a draft every season just like MLB does. Although, BonBon is right... it won't be as stacked as this year. This year, I added extra depth to help build our minor league systems up.
