7 - 3 sim here...guess my boys like being abused and me putting them down. I'm calling up a couple guys who boosted to see if they can help more than the guys they're replacing. Regardless, at 4 games out we're still within striking distance.

Lander is filling out nicely at the major league level as is Contreras at AAA. Too bad I don't really have a place for him right now. Unless someone can learn SS because Rollins is killing me. Herrera is paying off nicely so far.

DETROIT - Chicago's Carlos Zambrano drilled Detroit's first baseman Justin Morneau in the 6th inning. He was slow getting up and had to leave the game. Justin Morneau will miss at least 6-7 weeks. After being examined by several specialists the diagnosis is clear: Fractured Cheekbone. His season features a batting average of .275 (38 hits in 138 AB), 8 doubles, no triples and 14 taters. Morneau collected 38 RBI and 34 runs as well. He's 1st in the American League in RBIs and 1st in homeruns!

I have a question about the injuries. When my players are injured it says how long they are supposed to be out like 6-7 weeks or something like that. Then it says time left on the D.L. it always says 0 days. What should I go by the 6-7 weeks or 0 days left?

Go by the 6-7 Weeks. The 0 days tells you that they can officially go back on your roster from the D.L. whenever you want, or that you haven't put them on the D.L. yet at all.
