You may begin sending in your offers for the remaining free agents at 2:00pm EST today. This is how it will work...

All offers are first come first serve, but anything before 2:00pm today will be disregarded. All free agents will sign for 1 year this time. Send me the max that you are willing to pay the free agent... I will sign them for you at the lowest amount that they will accept.

Give me a list of the players in the order that you want them, but only 2 can be signed the first round. At 2:30 you may sign up to 10 more players.
