    Great thanks for this. This atleast gets me started on how my roster sheets need to look. Other than playing with in OOTP and getting started. What other information should i look at to et started?

    Honestly, I would just tell you to read over that for now, at least until the league actually starts. You could also look around the other leagues to see how Extensions, Trades, Trade Block etc work.
    I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.
