What do you think about year 1 everyone can move for free

As of right now, that is not on my menu. In SBSL, it caused a bit of havoc. You must earn your stripes, as they say.

If you do points for talent boost, ect. I'd like intangibles to be included in that. Things like a boost in infield/outfield/catchers arm or fielding range or % could be just as useful as talent.

Yup, that'd be a part of it. However, those would be current ratings, as things like defense/arm/consistency/injury/speed/stealing don't have ratings.

Talent boosts are something that I might hold off on for a few seasons, yeah. The talent will eventually wane down a little bit, which might be a good time to do said boosting. Although I don't expect the ratings in the league to ever hit a low, just because I will be using the draft classes to try and better the league ratings distribution.

I'm not really too keen on the idea of moving up or down in the draft based on a reward system...that's not right. a team could move down just by virtue of another team doing something...and therefore being penalized for nothing.

the youth of the league should change as the seasons go on though, as everyone gets older and the influx of younger players is less than what we started with
