Marshall: MILSWANCAs?
Ted: Wait, I can get this. Mothers I'd like to sleep with and never call again.
Barney: Circle gets the square!

I suggest getting more teams filled before simming.

I seem to remember Crazy having a points system rewarding GMs for different things they did. These points could then be spent to do things like move up in the draft, create players, build new stadiums, relocate, make players more talented, make players fill out quicker, etc. Will anything like that be making a return?

I just want to bring back the Montreal Expos name.
2003 Hybrid World Champion (115-47 reg season, 11-4 playoffs)
TBL: Anaheim Angels 2006-present (238-244 regular season, 1 division title)
MSL: St Louis Cardinals 2013-present (2734-2936 regular season, 5 division titles, 2 championships)
TSSL: Seattle Mariners 2006-2029, Pittsburgh Pirates 2030-present (209-277, 5 division titles w/SEA, 1 championship w/SEA)
I'm not really too keen on the idea of moving up or down in the draft based on a reward system...that's not right. a team could move down just by virtue of another team doing something...and therefore being penalized for nothing.
I don't plan on messing with the draft order at all. What the rewards points might go towards includes talent boosts, learning a new position, relocation of a team, stadium changes, etc.

Relocation should be a one time for free, say after year 1, and then after that you need points, I think.
What about trading teams? Like let's say someone wanted to keep the Yankees in NY, and I wanted to move...we swap rosters, and I move their team?
If you do points for talent boost, ect. I'd like intangibles to be included in that. Things like a boost in infield/outfield/catchers arm or fielding range or % could be just as useful as talent.
