Tampa Bay Deadline Block - I need relievers badly

I am in HUGE need of relief pitchers as my pen has been struggling. I don't want anybody coming calling with some crappy 7-8-6 guy though as I have enough of them in my minors. I want a serious upgrade. I also would like another big bat. The following players could possibly be available (mainly for MLB talent).

#38 Carlos Zambrano, Starting Pitcher, 31 yrs, Tampa Bay Devil Rays - Out of the Park Baseball Report
9-7-9 out of 10-7-9. Only 31 years old, signed through 2016 at $6.5 mil - very affordable for his ratings. Struggling this year but has had consistent success in the past.

#39 Juan Rincon, Reliever, 33 yrs, Tampa Bay Devil Rays - Out of the Park Baseball Report
I know I need relief help but he could go in a deal for the right price. Good ratings and signed affordably through 2015.

#70 Delmon Young, Leftfield, 26 yrs, Tampa Bay Devil Rays - Out of the Park Baseball Report
26 years old, 3-time All-Star, 9-8-8-8-8 ratings.

#38 Ryan Church, Centerfield, 33 yrs, Tampa Bay Devil Rays - Out of the Park Baseball Report
Has decent ratings and has performed well for me in the past. I have too many outfielders and he wouldn't be that difficult to get.

I'm not in a rush to break up my team. It's got a lot of wins and I want it to stay that way. Though I do wish I had more pop in the lineup or another stud SP. Relievers on the Cubs: Ramon Ramirez (1.58 ERA), Luther Kawakami (1.48 ERA), Bobby Jenks (3.18 ERA), and to a lesser extent Oscar Villarreal (4.11 ERA) who lost some actuals because he wasn't living up to his talent. In all fairness Jenks only seems to put up good numbers as a closer. Becuase he throws 100+ his lack of control never seemed to hurt him there.
