Here is my current plan of action:

4/16: GM check-in deadline, fill teams that need to be filled

TBA: Free Agency...this will only happen once all the teams have a GM

5/1: The 2010 season should begin...it may be before then, but certainly no later than May 1.

I edited the draft class and the site is updated to reflect this...it's not as great as last year's class, but it is better than the computer generated one...I added bumped a few up to 5.0, some up to 4.5 and 4.0, and a bunch up to 3.5...it's a little deeper than it was.

I also checked all of the stadium capacities and increased any of them that were below their true capacities. I didn't want to lower any that might have been over to cripple other teams, but I wanted to increase the others that way everyone was at least at what they should be...a few were lower than they should have been. I did lower one stadium because it was way above what it should have been...that was San Diego. The capacity is 42,500 and it was entered as 67,500...no other team is even at 60,000 never mind almost 70,000...I didn't touch Oakland because lowering it from 48,000 to 34,000 would potentially cripple the finances....stupid tarps. It can actually hold over 60,000 so 48,000 is about half way between 34,000 and over 60,000 to be fair.

2 GMs have been replaced and we have 1 team open...Free Agency will not begin until Colorado is filled.

I will be away this weekend. I will update the site again tomorrow before I leave so all of the trades that were passed since FA round 2 will be reflected on the site. Do not send any roster moves / lineups until after the ST sim. Any such PMs will be deleted. I only want FA offers and trades right now. Plus injuries and stuff happen in ST and you may have to resend your stuff anyway, so let's save each other some time please.

You guys will have until Monday 3 PM EDT to send your final FA offers.

There will be 1 last FA signing after the 30 days. It will be like in the past where everyone will submit offers via PM and the best offer will get the scraps.

Expect the ST sim to be next week with the regular season beginning the following week. The file will be current for download after the ST sim...

The site is updated. The deadline for signing remaining free agents is Wednesday by 3 PM EDT. Expect the spring training sim on Friday with the regular season starting either Thursday 5/3 or Friday 5/4. That will give teams a week to send in lineups, rotations, make trades, etc.
