    This is exactly why the draft order should be based on last years MLB record... EVEN if it is the first year of a new league... The MLB roster set is what it is... a reflection of each teams record last year.

    I highly doubt he's keeping two of the best players in the league, along with a handful of others, in AAA on purpose. He'd have a real solid team, not a 2 win team.
