Yeah...it just means that the player didn't like your offer for whatever reason. Now they will only listen to 1 year deals. You can ask to sign them for whatever amount they want, because they will give their demands now that free agency is over.

They are included with the rest of the free agents. A player will state if he will sign a mlc, and then he won't even listen to offers. You can state whether you will only offer a minor league contract to a certain player though.

Yah, I know I'll probably get crap for the Sadakuno signing. A player like him, an all around player like him, is just too amazing to pass up at any price.

Yea, as I said I wanted him, but I'm glad I didn't get him for that much. I got a little carried away...once I passed $12 Mil for 3 years I started to have regrets...I thought $12 Mil for 3 years would have been a fair deal. My OF is just so weak. Even if I get another player I want through waivers, my OF is full of stopgaps until I can get anyone above average really.
