Free Agency Information

I will begin acepting free agent offers immediately, but the deadline for the 1st period is Monday 7/3 at 8:00pmEST

Free Agency will be the same as it has in the past. PM me your offers, or export them through the game. We will have 4 periods in the following format.

1st period = 5 sim days
2nd period = 5 sim days
3rd period = 10 sim days
4th period = 10 sim days (this period will be simmed soon after the 3rd period since all of the top free agents will have already signed).

RULES!!!
* Each team can submit up to 3 minor league contract offers per sim period.
Expansion teams may submit 5 minor league contract offers per sim period.
* Each team is limited to one offer over $8Mil per sim period.
* Each team is limited to a max of $21Mil of total offers per period.

Check your finances, you cannot offer more than you have available for Free Agents, and you cannot exceed the $75Mil salary cap.
