Yeah...it is a strong FA class this year.
I really wanted to spend more, but with a lean payroll, I will be able to keep my team together and add salary if needed. It should be fun to see how this class plays out though.

how would the game know other people's offers if you entered your own offer into the game?

Shouldn't there be a freeze on trades between established teams until after the expansion draft?
That's a good question. I thought so at first, but there are also teams like Providence that need to cut payroll before free agency. Freezing trades keeps them from doing that.
my trades didn't effect my protection list...I traded 4 players on the list for 4 players that I put on the list...so my team didn't effect the expansion teams in any way.
OOTP has a feature that allows you to import and export your line-ups and other changes. I upload the file to the website, and each team can make their changes, and export them back to the website. I can then import the changes from the website. Most of the GMs in this league don't have OOTP, but some do, so I do things both ways here. A lot of OOTP leagues require you to own the game.how would the game know other people's offers if you entered your own offer into the game?
