It's a $10 piece of elastic to block the ticker at the bottom of most sports broadcasts. I don't get why people would block that.

When they watched a game live, the ticker kept revealing the final scores of games they were recording and had planned to watch later. The ticker ruined the surprise.

I can see why some may want to block it. Maybe they want to dvr a game that is going on at the same time and watch it after.

I don't see why they would pay ten bucks for something they can fabricate on their own at home for free.

I hate that damn ticker thingy. There should be a button on your remote that lets you remove all of that shit, or make it NEVER there and have a button on your remote that allows you to see if if you WANT to see it. Quit forcing me to see and read shit that I don't care about!

This thing is an interesting idea, however, why the hell should someone have to glue velcro tabs to the sides of their TV so that they don't have to watch something that is 100% unnecessary and distracting?
