I watched the World Cup a couple times when it was on at 3 AM, does that count?

I might watch a Seattle Sounders game occasionally.

I follow the EPL a bit, though this is my first year. Adopted Swansea fan here (boring explanation of why below).

My group of friends has been into it for a few years, and two of us were urged to join and pick from unselected teams. Already claimed were Arsenal, Tottenham, Chelsea, Fulham and Everton. I avoided ManU and City to avoid being a frontrunner, so I was debating between Sunderland (Jozy), Swansea (relatively new, talented, decent expectations) and Villa as my final 3 choices. Ended up with Swans because I could warrant selecting a team like Sunderland based on one player and that Villa was just massively boring.

    Does "occasionally" include tomorrow?

It's almost impossible for non-native fans to not be a frontrunner. The mid-table teams have no fucking shot at the title, and even when they make a 1 or 2 year run at it, their most promising players become instant transfer targets by the big clubs. Case in point: Borussia Dortmund losing Gotze and Lewandowski to fucking Bayern, when they could've stayed together with Reus and own Europe.

Not that I'd have a problem in a parallel universe where the Dodgers got to buy Posey, Goldschmidt, and Arenado in one summer, but that'll never happen.

LOL. Sure enough, Leicester City went on to win the English Premier League with 5000-1 pre-season betting odds, while Liverpool a storied franchise still hasn't won the title since the EPL was formed.

There's no parity now even in the Champions League. Only Real Madrid, Barcelona, and Bayern Munich are going to be European champions until the end of time.

Liverpool's best player exits with an injury in the biggest game of the year against the two-time defending champions. Of course.

@LiamPaulCanning Full credit to Zidane. Choose Benzema over Bale and the Frenchman scores the first goal. Brings on a fresh Bale on and scores twice to win the Champions League. Fantastic management.
LOL, how many other teams in the world get to substitute a world-class player with another world-class player on the bench?

How do you stop the best player in the world? Have him take a penalty kick.
