I know there are a few of us around these parts that enjoy their footy.
I'll start of by saying Man U looked terrible today. How do you draw Rangers at home?!?!?!?!?!

Montreal Impact, b*tches!
Barca lost their previous game, at home to freaking Hercules.
also worth noting that Man City spent £126 million on imported players yet are currently looking up at 7 teams in the standings.
When will they learn?
City can't be the team to buy everyone, it doesn't work.
As a Dodgers fan, it pains me to admit that I long for a return to the days of Fox trying to buy everyone. Sure, it didn't work out, but at least they were able to absorb the losses instead of cutting off the legs of the farm to patch holes on the roster. I would welcome Sheikh Mansour as my team's overlord even if his goal of signing superstars is just to sell jerseys.

Gotta love Mourinho blowing his wad at a chance to park the bus in front of the net.Inter's counterattacking tactics meant there were often nine white shirts behind the ball while the European champions tested their version of safe-breaking skills.
And Jose Mourinho is no Josep Guardiola.
ESPNsoccernet: Andy Carroll has become the most expensive English player in the history of football after joining Liverpool from Newcastle in a £35 million deal.
In terms of transfer fees, Rafael Van Der Vaart + Mesut Ozil + Sami Khedira + Javier Hernandez = Andy Carroll
Liverpool was pumped to get rid of Torres so they go out and spend all that good money. And I mean all that money, most likely didn't need to be that much, or even close to this.
I think Newcastle fans feel much worse about this deal than Liverpool fans. Not optimistic that the 35 million will go toward anything except paying down Newcastle's debt.
Hey guys, I started a new blog. I'm a big Fulham fan, so I started a Fulham blog. I'd love if you guys took a read. If you don't like it, it's all good, if you do, spread the word!

Let me know what you think!
I concur. Dempsey's made it clear he wants to take his talents a club that can compete for the Champions League. Liverpool is probably the odds-on favorite to land him because of their New England connection.
