Did you read about Barfa once again insulting Cesc's talents by insisting he is worth less than 40 million euros because 40 million was their offer last summer and the "wear and tear" since then makes him worth less than that? It reminds me of the sim leagues where another GM would try to lowball you into trading a 4.0-4.5 star player by saying he's not willing to give up much given the age of the player.
