Honestly, it will come down to Ingram, Locker, Pryor, and Kellen Moore. If Ingram hadn't been a beast last year, Kellen Moore shoulda won the thing (39 TDs, 3 picks). I know they play in a garbage conference, but that's still pretty impressive.
