Let me get this straight: The league nixed the Blackberry CEO's $212.5 million offer to buy the Coyotes because he planned on moving them to Hamilton. Now, the team could very well return to Canada anyway and the league stands to lose out on almost half of the originally intended purchase price when the Coyotes are finally sold to either Ice Edge Holdings, Inc., True North Sports, or Jerry Reinsdorf. Brilliant.

Hamilton or another team in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) is a different matter cuz of the big market just waiting there to be tapped, Bettman wants as much money as he can get for another team there, if i remember correctly i heard up to 400 million. although why wait? why not just do it and move Atlanta who's doing terrible there.
