    1) Trade Cassel (Accomplished) - 2nd rounder is good considering no long term deal and was a 15 mil cap hit

    2) Get deeper at RB and LB- Fred Taylor is a good start, if we let morris go, we'll need another.

    3) Get Younger at CB, LB, WR via the draft

    4) Acquire more future picks to continue getting younger
