The Heels played awful, like I said early in this thread I expected about 1-2 losses I just didn't expect 1 of them would be BC. The Heels had been playing "poorly" for weeks. it was disguised b/c they were still winning by 20 but against teams they should have been beating by 40. Hopefully this wakes them up a bit, they shouldn't have needed a wake up call but they have maybe their toughest reg season game of the season on Sunday at Wake.
While I agree Wake is a good team, I don't think you can say it's your toughest game. You go to Durham to play Duke. Duke is probably gonna be a better team than Wake at the end of the year, so while Wake will be a test, it won't be their toughest test(if you ask me).

I don't know if Duke is better than Wake, they are both right there. Wake just went into unwinnable Marriott Center and came out with a win. Thats quite impressive.

B/c the media hypes duke so much people don't realize they haven't done much in March for about 15 years. Since the '94-'95 season duke has advanced beyond the Sweet 16 just 4 times, they have been to just 3 FFs, they have lost as a 1 seed before the elite 8 4 times and they haven't made the Sweet 16 in 3 years. The way they are talked about people think they make the FF every other year or so. Roy Williams is an overated coach, he only won with Brad Daugherty's recruits in 05, he has yet to prove he can with his own guys.
ESPN rides UNC jocks equally and they do to Dukes. Also UNC hasn't done shit either in March either.
UNC and Duke are the equivalent of the Red Sox and Yankees. Both are good but overhyped and absorb way too much media attention.
It's Matt Doherty. Brad Daugherty is black, 7 feet tall, and was a former All Star center for the Cleveland Cavaliers. Doherty had 3 scholarship players transfer to other schools, more threatened to transfer, and only 2 players didn't want him fired. Doherty lost the team.
My bad, those players who threatened to do all that shit, were bunch of ****ing spoiled mama's boys who couldn't stand a coach who was strict and made them practice hard. Good thing they transfered, UNC needed players who had real balls then bunch of vaginas.
