Boston isn't necessarily better than San Jose just because Detroit beat San Jose. Yesterday's game only proves that Detroit is better than San Jose. San Jose still has more wins, fewer losses and more points than Boston. And thus, we await their matchup in February.

How was it a "huge" game? It was one game in a 82 game schedule.

A regular season road loss to the Red Wings means the same as the regular season loss to the Blue Jackets the game prior.

Newsflash: The Sharks aren't going to go 82-0, and neither are the Bruins.

You can't call the Bruins better than the Sharks just because the Sharks lose a game every once in awhile.

The B's are playing a terrible Montreal team at the moment. Even though I'd love to see Les Habs win, they ain't. They look so fragile it's scary.

Anaheom on the other hand has a decent team, remember they won it all just two years ago, and I know they are missing some of those players, if not most, but it still counts better than winning it all in 1993.

I actually thought they played well in game 1, some would even say that they outplayed them. Lots of scoring opportunities that they couldn't bury. Which now means the end of the series is near, because if you're going to outplay your opponent and lose, odds are you won't outplay them (a superior opponent) in the next game. I say we lose tonight's game 5-2 or something like that. 5-1 perhaps.
