No, I think Memphis is definitely going to be #1, they've been killing everyone in their conference and they beat a ton of good nonconference opponents as well, plus they were just #2.

I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.
Ah, give me something clever to say here.
That is what I think is going to hurt Memphis. They may need to consider getting out of that conference. But, they deserve some props.
Oh no, they've definitely gone outside of the conference. They have played nonconference games against:
- Oklahoma
- Connecticut
- USC
- Cincinnati
- Georgetown
- Arizona
With Gonzaga and Tennessee still to come. One of, if not the, toughest nonconference schedule in college.

GREAT POINT!
That is true. They are a fun team to watch too.
They have also beat 2 of my 4 favorite schools.
Beat: Arizona and Georgetown (I know you probably hate the Hoyas, being @ Syracuse, but I have always liked them since the early 80's, even before that guy name Ewing, Sr.)
Have not Played my other 2 schools: Wisconsin (who they would kill) and Luoisville (again, see reason for Geaorgetown above, since early 80's with Denny Crum)
Devils/Heels should be classics this year.
Carolina is better than Duke, but I think Duke beating Clemson and Carolina losing at home to Maryland will push them back to #4 for the time being, or at least behind Duke...that's just the way the polls work.

Polls are over-rated anyways til closer to March when the seedings for the tourney comes out!
Duke won't get the unsinpired Heels that Maryland got, it will be very difficult for Duke to beat the Heels this year. They may have a chance at home but it's going to be very difficult.
The Heels have been #1 since November, I can't see them dropping 4 spots after a 2 point conference loss.
Once again, good point! Your post makes a lot of sense, nyjunc.
Good call browntown
Memphis is the #1 in the polls!
I can't believe the Heels fell to #4 and 5 in the polls. The team has been #1 all year and lose a 2 pt game at home yet fall 3 and 4 spots.
Here we go again!!!!
My Arizona Wildcats beat Washington St. (#6) in the country tonight!!!
The Pac 10 is the best conf in the Country this year.
They are tough, but the Big East is no slouch either. This is the way I rank the conferences this year, Top 5:
1. Big East
2. Pac-10
3. ACC
4. SEC
5. Big XII
