What is your all time video/computer game?

Not a specific one, but a series, I'd have to go with the Madden series. It's really the only game I NEVER get bored with

What is your favorite movie?

I'd have to go with Spaceballs. All time classic and i'm a comedy nut.

Who will win the Heisman Trophy?

This pick doesn't mean much, as it's based soley off media hype (I don't really follow college football at all) so i'll have to go with Reggie Bush. The clips I have seen of him are amazing.

1. You are among a crowd of 14 strangers. Basically, no one knows each other. Suddenly, a 16th person walks by and starts to go into shock. The 14 other strangers just look at each other with wide eyes. What do you do?

I don't know CPR (although I should) I'd ask someone around me if they know it, tell them to utilize it, and call 911 on my cell phone, I supose. One thing I wouldn't do is stare at everyone else with wide eyes.

2. Realistically, who would you like to see as the President in 2008? And why?

I'll get back to you on this one, I may have to think about this.

1) What would be the reactions of radicals (sexists, racists, etc) if a woman or a minority is elected President in 2008? What are the odds you would give that an assasination attempt would happen?

I would like to think that, aside from a loud obnoxious voice here and there, we wouldn't hear much of anything. Sadly reality dictates otherwise. I think there'd be a bit of a stink about it, and I think the odds are fairly good that there would be an assasination attempt.

Whether we'd learn of the attempt or not all depends on how good the secret service would be at stopping it.

2) In what year will we see a MLB or NFL team in Las Vegas?

Whenever the Marlins officially move.

3) You are interviewing a person to hire within your organization. You have screened this person's background and resume as much as you can before the interview, but we all know you never really know a person til you talk to them face to face. Everything looks good. Great credentials, good schooling, no complaints from former employers, sounded good on the phone, etc. He/she walks into the interview and you notice he/she has about 15 facial piercings, 4 visible tattoos, black fingernail polish, brash mannerisms ( meaning they don't sit or walk around like a normal professional does... you know.. like the punks you may see in a mall I guess). The position does not require that whomever is hired has to interact with anyone outside the company on a personal basis (phone conversations only occasionally, no face to face time). How would you approach this? Would you hire this person or not?

simple answer: Yes. In all honesty i'd probably hesitate at first upon meeting him, but then i'd realize that that's a stupid mindset, realize that he's perfectly qualified, and barring finding out anything in the interview not revealed on anything else, hire him in a heartbeat.

Christmas Tree. Although i'm not amongst those making a stink about the "Happy Hollidays" thing, because...

2.) Would forcing people to call it a "holiday tree" be a violation of the First Amendment?

yes, I believe it would be. Just like it's not violating anybody's right to pray in school or post the 10 commandments on your wall at work, it's equally riddiculous to complain about people saying "Happy Hollidays"

3.) Where in the Constitution or Bill of Rights is the phrase "Separation of Church and State"

1. Don't you think that there would be a lot less strife in the world if people were paid based on their intrinsic value to society, rather than some capitalistic notion of supply and demand?

Yes, but it's also never going to happen.

2. Here's the situation: my father and mother are divorced and up until recently, I used to live with my father. One day, my father met this other woman, they fell in love with each other and eventually got married. So this new stepmother of mine also had a child from a previous relationship, a daughter who is 20. She's my stepsister, if I can call it that. She's got sensuous blond hair, big breasts, very nice eyes and a nice smile. Is it "wrong" for me to have the hots for her? She's not technically my sister-sister since we don't have the same parents and same blood...

Nothing wrong with that, nothing at all. She's not your sister, your parents just happend to get married.
It might be different had your parents met when you were little children and you two grew up together, but since that's not the case, I see nothing wrong with it at all.

3. If a tree falls in the woods and no one's there to hear it, does it make a sound?

I've always been baffled by this question. Simple answer...YES. With or without anyone's presense to hear it the tree still pushes airwaves, or whatever, and creates the sound.

2) What do you like the most about being in the military?

The opportunity to "see the world" I know it's what almost anyone in the Navy says, but it is the case for me. I can now say I've been to various different parts of the world. (never been to Europe, though)

3) What do you like the least about being in the military?

Over emphesis on minor details that don't matter, on pretty much anything. To further explain what I mean by that would entail a long rant...i'll do so if you want.

1) What's your opinion on Christmas? Do you wish the holiday would occur once every three years?

I like Christmas, at least when i'm actually able to spend it with family. No I do not wish it'd happen only once every three years..but I can see why some people would.

2) Do you like to work under pressure when buying Christmas items?

Being the procrastinator I am, I'd have to say yes. I always end up buying presents at the last minute.

3) What's your favorite Christmas food?

Don't know if I have one. Egg Nog I suppose

1.) If you had to move the Padres to a city on the East Coast, which city would you move them to and why?

Well, if they HAD to move to the east coast, I guess I'd go with Norfolk, Virginia. Simply because there's a chance, however slight, that I might find myself in that part of the Country again. (although that chance is very slim, as I don't plan on staying in the Navy, and even if Hell froze over and I did i'd stay west coast)
Anyways, I guess they'd get the best revenue there as well, unless New York was willing to take on a third team, anyways.

2.) Who is your all-time favorite bassist? Guitarist? Drummer? Singer?

I've always been stupid in terms of who actually plays for bands. I can name off a lot of band names, but I barely even know the name of the lead singer for the most popular bands, let alone the name of the guitarist, Drummer, etc etc

Although I can give an answer for gitarist. Peter Frampton is freakin awesome on that thing.

Singer, Scott Stapp is pretty good, but I wouldn't say he's my favorite. Maybe i'll have an answer for this one later, given more time to think about it

3.) If y-k=a(x-h)^2, what is the vertex of the parabola?

I might've been able to answer this when I was in highschool...
