    I'm about to throw my computer out the window

    I'm writing a f*ckin paper. I need to have the page number on the f*ckin footer. No matter what Microsoft f*ckin Word makes me have the same footer, if I change one, all of them get changed. Someone help me before my head explodes.

    View > Header and Footer

    Then, you should have the option to type in your text

    Type in Page and then click the "#" key in the Header/Footer box.

    You don't insert a footer, you have to insert page numbers. Click Insert > Page Numbers... then choose the position and alignment (Bottom Right), then click on the little Format... button, and you should have it set to 1,2,3, ... then click OK and then OK.
