I finally saw Wedding Crashers...what a great movie. Owen Wilson and Vince Vaughn were terrific, those guys have great chemistry together...good for a lot of laughs. Definitely see this movie if you haven't yet.

While not 2005, I saw the LOTR series again the past 2 days, and it was good...again. Probably one of the best movies I've seen...ever.

Just watched Coach Carter & Hide and Seek. Two great movies.
Samuel Jackson really did a great job in Coach Carter.
Hide & Seek wasn't scary, but nonetheless the movie was great.
Just my 2 cents.
Sin City is hands down #1 movie of 2005.

Batman Begins was one of the worst blockbusters of the past couple years, JMO.
Sin City only opened the door for people to like it and think they're cool for liking it.

I watched XXX2 earlier tonight. Not bad, not great. Semi entertaining I guess. I had very very low expectations so there was no way I could be disappointed. The premise was beyond dumb. Far worse than I would have expected when I first heard they were doing it. Also when I first heard about he making of the movie, when they said Ice Cube was in it, I just shuddered. Egads man. Why do they keep putting this guy on the big screen. He's terrible. Granted, XXX2 is the best thing he's done since Boyz In The Hood, but that's not saying much when you consider the complete garbage he's done since then. (BTW: BITH was awesome).
XXX2? I'd give it 5 outta 10 stars I guess. (maybe 4.5 now that I think about how terrible most of the CGI SFX were)
