As long as you don't expect a ton of action and are going to be ok with a lot of dialogue then you shoudl enjoy it. Loved the cinematogrophy. Camera shots were just briliant in my mind.

I saw Cinderella Man yesterday. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this movie. It's the best movie I've seen this year. Yeah I know it debuted at 4th place at the box office but I believe it will move up as word about it gets around about it. I know Russell Crowe is considered an a-hole to some but the man can ACT! This is the third movie of his I've seen (I loved Gladiator and A Beautiful Mind) and he was excellent in his portrayal of Jim Braddock. Him and Renee Zellweger had amazing chemistry and the boxing matches were very well done. Don't sleep on this movie!! I know it probably would have been better if it were released later in the year, when it wouldn't have as much competition from other summer movies but I think it deserves an Oscar nod for sure.
I watched Hotel Rwanda two nights ago. I don't know if that came out this year, but it was awesome. Should definetely watch it if you haven't already.

Saw Kicking and Screaming and Mr. and Mrs. Smith yesterday. Kicking and Screaming is decent. Has some funny stuff but not the greatest. Mr. and Mrs. Smith was pretty good. Awesome action scenes and some really funny parts.

Saw Batman Begins tonight. Great movie. Action is outstanding, acting is good with some great lines. Wasn't totally feeling it at first but it grew on me and I think I would like it even more if I see it again.

I've seen 3 movies this year. Kingdom of Heaven was half a good movie. The Muslim half. They actually showed as close to ancient piety one can find in a movie. They also totally butchered all aspects of Christianity, taking the Crusaders and making them all Protestants for some damn reason. Now that I would expect any better.
Cinderella Man is a great movie, about what it is to be a man. Finally, a protagonist who doesn't struggle of the obvious decisions. I thought it was nice that Talia Shire gained 40 pounds to play the wet-blanket wife again, although she hid herself by acting under the stage name Renee Zellweger.
Star Wars 3 sucked out loud. It answered all the questions that were answered in 1979. Anakin Skywalker becomes a leader of an evil galactic empire because he has a bad dream about his wife? That's stupid. Wipe the minds of C3PO and R2D2 because we need to cover out ass on the other trilogy? God, Lucas needs to stop spending 100 million on CGI effects and instead spend 100 grand to hire a damn writer instead.
I just got back from seeing Batman. The acting horrendous, and I do mean horrendous, but I loved the story line and the action scenes. I would give it a D, though.

Saw "The Longest Yard" tonight. Funny movie and very entertaining. Never even checked what time it is. Seen Cinderella Man and Madgascar also again this week, and Batman again last week. Made some changes on my list. Green means up a spot, red is down.
