Yeah, it looks like somewhere between Galveston and just to the east are going to get the brunt of it now. I think it could end up(the eye) going right over Galveston bay.

Another hunch based on what I've looked at, but I think like yesterday's south bias of the models/NHC, I think today they are having a bit of an eastern bias. I think it could go over or just west or east of Galveston Bay. It is close even as they show it now, but I think it could be just a bit closer to the bay itself.

Flooding has resumed in New Orleans. I just saw some pictures on Fox News, apparently the water has started to flood over the Levis again in two different areas around New Orleans. This comes just days after the city was nearly made dry. The storm is expected to make landfall in about 14 hours.
