2. Speaking of Fredo, in Godfather 2, if the mute assassin hadn't been gunned down by Hyman Roth's guards, was having him murder Fredo in Cuba part of the plan? It was already decreed that Hyman Roth would not live to see the New Year, so how can your reaction (nice overacting) immediately after hearing Fredo's line "Johnny Ola knows these parts like the back of his hand" in turning your head to the mute and him nodding his head be interpretated in any way besides, "Did you just hear that? / Yes, boss. What a dumbass. Shall I take him to sleep with the fishes along with Roth and Ola?"
