Hey guys and gals,

Thanks for your patience for the extended downtime.

I was moving servers, changing the architecture of the site, and doing some upgrades. There is still more work to be done, but I feel pretty confident that its at least working for general posting. I was hoping for us to be up yesterday, but I caught the flu on my birthday so it slowed me down.

I still need to make new FTP accounts for the sim league commishes and look at a few custom mods I built that need modification on updated files still.

As an FYI, the unread posts link in the header had to be disabled as it was no longer working with the version of software we moved to. I haven't seen an alternative yet, but you can always click 'what's new?' next to the forums tab in the header to see a close approximation of this.

Might have to alert some people if we have contact with them outside of here that they may need to clear their cookies and cache.

I thought it was still down until Mach told me it was up now and I kept getting server not found until I cleared them.

Good to know. I am guessing most of it was just DNS propagation issues. IE, users closer to NJ (former host)/NY (current host) locations received this a bit sooner. It could also be cache issues as you noted. I posted something on Twitter.

im having a lot of visual issues on mobile -- it works fine on desktop but the site doesnt seem to work like it used to on mobile -- not sure if this is a known issue or not...? basically its REALLY zoomed in and I cant zoom out to be able to do anything

The Tapatalk product needed to be updated and it seems like it is working again.

And yes, I see the mobile style is pretty wonky. I’ll see what I can do about but Tapatalk might be a better mobile friendly alternative for the time being. Sorry about the hassle!

In regards to the mobile style, this should be better now! Posting from it currently on my iPhone X. It will be borked if you use a phone in landscape but portrait is at least working.
