I'm pretty excited about it, and it's definately the 4th on my list for the year(The Show, NCAA Football, Madden, GTA), but I wish it would've had an original location. That's my only problem.

Or, if they're going to rehash old ones, bring back Vice City to the new systems.

There's only so many viable major U.S. cities with an appealing nightlife to base the locations on, not to mention they have to be located by the coast so wandering far away from the edge of the map feels infinite.

Looks like in this one you play as three diferent characters through the entire game instead of just the one protaganist and his multitudes of NPC allies. From what I understand, their stories are intertwined with many of the missions involving all three of them, but you're just controlling a different character at different points of the game.

I'm not sure if the progression of the storyline determines who you're controlling at any given time or if it's something you can arbitrarially switch between on your own, but given the open ended nature of GTA games I would hope/assume the latter.

is it actually on xbox? every commercial and advertisement ive seen only mentions its on ps3. i dont really play video games anymore... and thusly, i only have an xbox... but if it does come out for 360, ill buy it at some point this week. it does look awesome, but i wasnt necessarily bent out of shape when i thought it was only ps3.

I doubt I'll get it right away. I'm probably picking up a PS4 and getting rid of my PS3, so buying games for the PS3 would be dumb at this point.

Yeah, I wasn't going to, but because of the site I use in my signature I get video games for free, and will get the PS4 for free too... lol
