    Hurricane Dennis

Hurricane Dennis is heading towards New Orleans or the Pan Handle of Florida.
As of 7:00 ET, Dennis' maximum sustained winds are 105 MPH making it a Category 2 hurricane. Hurricane Dennis made a brief landfall near Cabo Cruz, Cuba on Thursday evening. The eye made a second landfall on the south-central coast of Cuba as a category 4 hurricane near Cienfuegos early Friday afternoon. Dennis weakened as it moved over Cuba and was downgraded to a Category 1 storm with top sustained winds of 90 MPH after emerging into the Gulf of Mexico, but it has since regained strength.

Dennis could turn into a Catergoty 5 (catastrophic) Hurricane. The eye of the storm should make landfall during the PM hours of today. So if you havn't yet, take high grounds because the water can rise very fast. You should of been evacuated by now. If you havn't evacuated drive NW You have about an hour to board up your houses. Then you must take high grounds or evacuate.

The rain is coming toward my area in southern KY. It should be here by late tonight. It's supposed to rain like all week!

Heh. I can talk trash to hurricanes. Usually it involves "Can't touch this..Hammertime."
