I picked up one of these. It says it's an Authentic Original with the grey underbrim, so if it was produced before 2007 when New Era switched to all 100% polyester, does that mean my hat is non-shrink resistant?

Check the tag, should be wool.
As a note hand wash it no matter what. A soaked and ruined brim is not your friend.
And take the stickers off unless you're releasing a rap album this month.

I still hate the Mets. But I just wanted a replacement for this old cap that I got as a kid before I cared about baseball (I remember thinking it was the Yankees), but couldn't find this shade of blue.

It's definitely the Mets, they used the same exact logo as the NY Giants before they made it narrower like it is today.

I got a used one delivered today. It looks like straight emerald green to me, but I had to google what teal looked like again, and I guess it's close enough. I was just hoping it would be more aqua like the one with the New Era flag logo.
