Sandbox games (GTA type of stuff), adventure games, some racing (Midnight Club, Project Gotham) and really everything except online FPS. My little brother is an FPS addict and I just never got into that outside of playing the campaign mode of some games.

I have all the new systems. Both the 360 & PS3 has crashed once. The 360 we sent it in, they repaired it but it didn't sound right when we got it back. It still works so I am hoping it lasts. The PS3 is running like a dream. When we got it back everything was fine but we just lost all the data that was on it. I did backup most of it though. I prefer the PS3 over the 360.
