How is this even a question?
Connery... without question

I voted for Brosnan only on the fact that when I was a kid and watching Remington Steele, I predicted that he would be the next Bond. 10 years or so later it came true.
Connery is best on Celebrity Jeopardy.

infidel!!! he is bar none the best bond. He fit what bond was perfectly. He had the right balance of seriousness with the requisite campiness that all bond movies had. When I think Bond, I think Connery.
I do agree that Connery got better over the years (i liked his role in the Rock as well), but he was still very good as Bond in the 60's.
