Haven't heard a word but that was one of the cheapest shots I have ever seen.

BuckFoston, that's a cheap shot. A HUGE one. Thank god the coach got suspended. I'm sorry. But that's a ridiculous hit. Just horrible.

Yes he is going to get hit, that's not the point. Not in my lifetime have i ever seen a chicken shit hit like that. He hits him a split second after he kicks it!! Its weak and pussy and the coach and player should be suspended for being pussies. I am all for going out and hurting the best player but you have to do it with some dignity. Who can;t hit a guy right after he kicks it?? No pride in that! Spare me the coach didn't know it was legal shit!

True, he hits him very quickly and I can see where you're coming from. As a player of this coach though, I won't talk down on him but I can see where both you and GF are coming from. If you lived here or would have been at that whole game you would have a little bit better understanding on this whole situation though.

I don't see what's to understand. The guy ****ing laid out the defenseless kicker. That's not football. That's cheap. You have to work to win a football game, not use stupid cheap shots.

What understanding? There's right or wrong, hitting a guy with pride or being a chicken shit. Its just like hitting someone while their back is to you!! They could have easily had someone ring his bell while he was going towards the play, not in his follow through.

That was a ****in cheap shot...I don't know your coach but, based off that, a suspension seems just right to me.
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

Ah, give me something clever to say here.

He doesn't run down the field on the kickoffs. If the kid would have waited for him to go down field, there wouldn't have been a hit. This isn't "chicken shit" as your calling it. Yeah, it was cheap unfair but at the same time, it was a smart play to try and rattle their all star QB. It made him not want to roll to that kids side (he is also our DE) that hit him anymore. Sure, he might have not been expecting it but it was smart. It was a smart way to get in the kids head and rattle him, which it did.

It's not smart at all. It's bullshit. No sense in arguing it. It's a bullshit cheap shot that should never happen in the game of football

You were trying to shake the guy up, I agree, when you want to injure you go after the knees, I've heard coaches give the order and its for the knees... they were just trying to shake him up... was it cheap yea, legal hell yea.

Which their coach did and got penalized for, but no suspension.

Sorry but its chicken shit! My father coached football and baseball for 35 years. I know whats right and wrong and my dad would call this 100% chicken shit. There is a right way to play the game and this ain;t it. I would be embarrassed. Its pure 100% chicken shit. There are other legal ways of punishing the other teams best player. Again, this is no different than hitting a guy while his back is turned or when he is already down. A good QB doesn't get rattled that easily. It also leaves your best player exposed. Its dumb all around.

Then he must not be a very good QB cause it shook him up.
