    That's easy.

Stop working out. Eat right before you sleep.

Make sure your protein in high in carbs, cause I know for myself, (5'8, 135lbs) that's what someone at GNC told me. Look around next time you go and buy some, you'll notice that there is a difference. Also stop eating "huge" meals. Start spreading that out over 5 meals a day, and you'll notice that you'll still stay "full", and keep all the good stuff inside. That meal before bed, don't get rid of that.

When at the gym, cut back on the cardio. Don't get rid of all of it, but just a little.

Drink water, lots if it, all the time.

ummm, Saber's joking...at least I hope he is lol. Yes, eating before going to bed will cause you to gain weight, but that's not the healthy way to do it... Aren't you 16 or so? You're still growing so I would keep doing what you're doing; exercising/lifting and eating healthy. Why do you "need" to get big? Also, I have a Masters in exercise science/kinesiology, so feel free to PM me if you have any other questions.

Oh, 16. Then it's even easier.

Wait 5 years. Then what you're eating now will make you fat.

    Re: Weight Gaining?

Or you could go with the reverse psychology route. Try to lose weight and you'll end up gaining back twice what you intended on losing. Works for me every time.

But no seriously, I back what Foster and Prov said. When I was first paralyzed they said basically the same thing to me when I was trying to put on weight (the accident left me at just under 85lbs). Spread the meals out and drink a lot of water. But only eat when your hungry and not "just because", otherwise you'll end up gaining the kind of weight that you don't want.

I'm the same way BuckFoston. My body locks at 150 pounds and I can't gain or lose weight. It sucked for wrestling.

Let me guess, you want to play football? That's the only reason I can imagine you would want to gain weight.

To be honest, if your body locks, you can't change it. As a wrestler, I can help you LOSE weight but gaining it is something out of my league

That's really cool. I played QB when I was in high school for a while, but there were kids my age that were sick in front of me, so I converted to a running back. I was mainly a defensive player though. QB was so much fun though. I loved it.
