It's funny, on Gamefaqs and most other sites they don't let you use usernames like Jason Varitek or others like him, because it's illegally impersonating a celebrity or something. So, I don't know if it's a big deal, but if it's not Jason Varitek, by following the letter of the law(too closely if you ask me) he could be in trouble.
