I agree with Slyder about the Yankees Red Sox game. Although, the flashchat idea is a great one. We've been doing Live sims for about a month. What makes them fun is that we get a group of people in the chat room all talking about the league and whatever else, while the results of the simmed games are being announced.
I'm in a league elsewhere that does a live sim and it is a lot of fun.
