I read in some magazine that West Virginia University has one of the top if not the top party school in the United States.

I dunno about that. You obviously haven't been to Chico State. It'd definately give West Virginia a run for it's money!

Trust me that website is very deceiving. All the frat boy pranks and the sorority fights and the smart-ass teachers make it one heckuva party/rebel college. Everyone here in California knows about Chico and it's reputation. It's insane.
