I was just watching the latest video for this like 10 minutes ago, weird.

But yeah, I am looking forward to the 29th. It comes out during exams week for me I believe, but that alone will give me incentive to study and be done with it so I can get to the game.

The explosions and fire in the game look great (the graphics overall do actually)

Ugh, explosions, fire, turning tricks in the car (if you even believe that your car moving up and down as you and your hooker are a seat away counts as "getting some") are all what fairweather fans care about.

The thing is, though, the fact that it has all that and a great storyline is what makes the series so great.

(I could care less about the "turning tricks" in the car thing, though. Serves no real purpose to trying to play the game)

I'm just not high on fairweather and bandwagon fans of series that I enjoy from the beginning. It's a big turn off when a fan thread is full of crap like "My favorite part was when Tony asked for 'mercy ****'! A mercy ****! That's gold!" or "Jack Bauer for President!"

i never played 1 or 2, but i beat the last 3 in no time because the storyline was downright compelling and i had nothing better to do than sit there and play the game... and impair myself, but nonetheless thats irrelevant to the subject. the main purpose of me posting is to ask... is it gonna come out on 360? id hate to have to buy a ps3 just to play gta, if i had my sanitation job right now i probably would though, but even if its not coming out on 360 til later on, id have to wait til april to supply myself with the ps3. i agree that turning tricks and all the extra stuff never appealed to me... i could definitely see how it would, but im a sucker for the storyline, and id just play through the storyline in like 4-5 days just to see how it ended and what not.

GTA 4 will be out on the 360, no need to buy a PS3, and it will be same release date as the PS3

edit: I only started playing when 3 came out too, Vice City still my favourite though

I started playing back when the first one came out. I'm looking forward to the release but right now it's all about waiting for the next MLB games and Spring Training.

One of the easiest test of a games graphics rendering system is how it displays the elements like fire or water. I happened to be impressed with the improvements made to the system obviously since San Andreas and the even worse looking PSP ports.

The graphics and cut-scenes are nice, but the Niko dude just doesn't appeal to me like Tommy Vercetti and Toni Cipriani do. I still love LCS for I can save the game at a point when the Forellis and Sindaccos are at war with each other at Fort Staunton.
