    Threw the ball the 1st time

    This year couple of weeks ago, and man I thought I was going to be wild, but I was zipping the ball right at or around the mitt, man it felt great! Cant wait untill our season starts!

    Anyone who knows hitting as an art explain this to me please, my coach and teammates say I'm not turning my hips while I'm swinging the bat. But my friend Joe who is 37 and has been playing baseball since he was an infant probably told me as long I'm seeing the ball and hitting line drives there shouldn't be a problem.

    Now guys what the hell should I do? Its only my fifth year playing baseball, compare to other 23 year olds, I'm fairly new to baseball.
