Nicholson's Childhood Home Up for Sale
Oscar winner Jack Nicholson's childhood home is up for sale on internet auction site eBay.com. The One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest actor was brought up by his grandparents John and Ethel Nicholson in the Neptune, New Jersey home, and spent the first 37 years of his life believing they were his parents, until it was revealed in 1974 that his "sister" June Frances was actually his mother. Real estate agency Remax has placed the five-bedroom 1920s home for auction on
eBay.com at a starting bid of $449,000, which is set to end on November 18. The home is actually listed as the place of his birth on his birth certificate, however Bellevue Hospital Center in nearby New York City has also been named as such.
