Ok, this is one thing that REALLY grinds my gears. Going to a link that looks like it could possibly interesting only to find out that it's part of celebs.answers.com which is one of the shittiest, most ad-filled fucking sites on earth. Worse yet is that you have to click through 3 to 5 slides for each 'entry' on the topic.

Case in point. The 13 most boring movies of all time. 40 fucking slides that i have to go through to get to the end

I thought ones like the above were the worst, but then I saw this one today, which of course had thousands of replies on it. (It didn't come with the red outline and arrow, if that's not obvious)

If you want to know why I hate the media and the lemmings that quickly fall for their stupid tactics, this article right here is the epitome of everything that's wrong in how they report news.

Woman who stopped for ducks faces life in prison

The headline reads "Woman who stopped for ducks faces life in prison"

Since my rational brain doesn't buy any news site besides the Onion reporting that as the actual reason for the sentence I did a little investigative research (I read the body of the article) and sure enough they're convicting her not for stopping for ducks but because her decision to do so caused a motorcyclist and his daughter to crash into her car and killed both of them. But hey, at least the ducks were ok!

This story actually hits two of my peeves. That's why you don't stop for small animals on the road because you only risk bigger problems.
